Maximum Zoo / Derrick Fong

Derrick Fong was born in Winnipeg, Canada but grew up and lived in Toronto, Canada. At a very young age, Derrick was interested in expressing himself creatively through sketching, painting and photography. His informal education was fueled by a constant supply of movies, music and comic books. Through these mediums, Derrick expanded into graphic design, 3D animation, and visual effects. But it was in filmmaking that Derrick found he could combine all these traits into a single form.

Cinematography was just an extension of photography's composition and light; storyboards and concept sketches were an extension of traditional handdrawn art; poster art and visual effects were an extension of the digital tools he had acquired.

His formal education includes: Earl Haig Secondary School and Don Mills Collegiate; Humber College, where he studied 3D Animation for Broadcast and Design; and The New York Film Academy in New York City, where he completed the Filmmaking Program in 2005.

He currently splits his time between Hong Kong and New York.

Nick Zafonte

Nick Zafonte is a copywriter and filmmaker. He has worked on numerous international clients including Levi’s, Miller Light, LG, Vaseline, and Axe. He is based in New York City.

Frank Pisani

Frank L. Pisani is a professional pianist/performer, composer/arranger, as well as a piano teacher and voice coach.

Miya

Born on a farm in California, Miya started playing piano at the age of four. During high school, after trying out for a summer production of Grease on a whim, she found her voice and started writing songs for voice and piano. Many songs later, after graduating from college, she moved to New York to focus on her career. By June 2006, she had recorded a demo, and started playing various NY venues including Café Mae Mae, Rockwood Music Hall, Mo Pitkin's, Fontana's, the Annex, Alphabet Lounge, Club Midway, Lion's Den, and Fat Baby. In between her regular shows Miya is recording her first album.

Evolution

Evolution was founded in 1999 as part of the Agency Group based at Belgrave Square in London. In 2000 it branched out on its own, moved to the Truman Building and has steadily been growing over the past 5 years, nurturing and representing actors, models and personalities as well as giving support to make-up and hair stylists, and photographers.

Dominick Sivilli

Dominick Sivilli has developed a sense of art for film since he was drawing at an early age. From working on short films since the age of 15 and studying at the prestigious New York Film Academy, he has gained a talent to direct, shoot and edits his own films. Dominick has shot his work using a wide range of essential photographic tools: Dvx 100 B, Hvx 200, Arri-S 16mm Camera and many more. Understanding many of the aspects of filmmaking, Dominick sets out to maintain a visual style.

Directing a number of short films, shooting and editing countless others, Dominick understands the importance of visual storytelling as seen through the camera lens and coverage for editing. A prime example is "Soccer Stories", Dominick has shot, produced, co-wrote and edited this short film, which won 2nd place at the 2007 Cortos Deportivos Film Festival is Madrid, Spain.
